2. Persons who may use the device

The alert system is open to:

  • beneficiaries supported by Dexalia (students, families),
  • partners and service providers,

Where possible, the whistleblower is informed of the progress and closure of the case.

8. Processing times

Dexalia undertakes to:

  • acknowledge receipt of the report within a reasonable time frame,
  • handle the alert within a timeframe appropriate to the nature and seriousness of the facts,
  • inform the whistleblower when the handling of the alert has been completed.

9. Responsible use of the device

The alert system must be used responsibly and in good faith.
Any abusive, defamatory, or deliberately false reports may result in disciplinary action or legal proceedings in accordance with applicable law.

10. Protection of personal data

Personal data collected as part of the alert system is processed in accordance with current regulations on personal data protection.

Data subjects have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data under the conditions set out in Dexalia’s Privacy Policy.

11. Reference framework and commitments

The whistleblowing system is part of:

  • Dexalia’s code of ethics,
  • the quality management system (QMS),
  • the principles of good governance and compliance,
  • a continuous improvement process.
